In addition to helping our clients to Anticipate, Align and Act, we take a 3 prong approach to our coaching.  We simultaneously coach on 3 levels of awareness.  A results level, to help you get the overall results you desire. A systems level where all the people, products and processes all come together and on a personal level where individual strengths and talents are leveraged to aid the opportunities in both your systems and results areas.

Anticipate:
 Detecting subtle cues: Assist the leaders to be able to sense and interpret subtle cues to become aware of patterns in the larger system, even before they happen.
 Mental Agility: Helping the leader to have the flexibility and perspectives to respond to signals.
 Creating Resources: Creating systems with enough flexibility to respond quickly to new circumstances.

Align:
 Leading through congruent example:  Developing core strengths through congruence and becoming fully awareness of one’s full impact on the organization
 Relationships: Establishing cooperation and rapport through meta-leadership.
 Creating a great culture: Establishing the conditions in which others can win.

Act:
 The 80/20 Rule: finding the key leverage point for effective leadership for the greatest benefit.
 Make course corrections: Being proactive about learning from feedback in order to make corrections in strategy
 Focused pursuit: being clear about where you are going and how you are going there while maintaining a strong sense of connection between business roles and your personal mission.
